[802SEC] Draft press release for review - IEEE 802.3 NEA IC activity approval and IEEE Std 802.3bv publication

Dear EC members,

Please find attached two draft press releases that I request that you review. The first is in relation to the approval of New Ethernet Applications Industry Connections activity, the second is in relation to the publication of the amendment IEEE Std 802.3bv-2017 Gigabit Ethernet Over Plastic Optical Fiber.

As I would like to place these on the closing IEEE 802 EC consent agenda for next Friday, please could you provide comments by Wednesday 15th March 2017 11:59PM AOE.
