[802SEC] Conditional Approval Report- 15.4s to SB
Hi all
We recently completed the third recirculation of the draft of 15.4s,
Spectrum Resource Utilization for 15.4 (D06)
Start Date: July 19, 2017
End Date: August 3, 2017
Results were:
VOTERS: 96
VOTED: 71
YES: 64
ABSTAIN: 5
NO: 2
% VOTERS: 73.96%
% YES: 96.97%
% ABSTAIN: 7.04%
There were no new NO voters and no new MBS comments supporting NO votes
(valid or otherwise). The two remaining NO voters are from the initial
ballot. The majority of their comments had been accepted or revised but
they have not responded to any of the recirculations although one
indicated verbally he was ok with the resolutions but did not flip his
vote for whatever reason. All resolutions to their comments have been
recirculated at least 3 times.
Regardless, with this last recirculation the requirements of conditional
approval have been met and we will be proceeding to Sponsor Ballot with
D06
