Dear EC Members,
During the July Plenary meeting, the 802.22 Working Group presented a Tutorial on WhiteSpaces to the IEEE SA Fellows.

The July IEEE-SA Fellows, some of whom were African regulators have requested that we present the same Tutorial to a larger audience at the African Telecommunications Union WRC-19 Preparatory meeting in Dakar Senegal, to be held from September 11th - 15th.
I have agreed to go and make the presentation.
I am working with Paul, Glen and Jodi to work out the details.
