[802SEC] Draft Press release for review: IEEE 802.21-2017 and IEEE 802.21.1-2017

Dear EC Members,

On behalf of IEEE 802.21 WG, I  have worked with IEEE-SA PR agency and IEEE-SA marketing group the attached  draft press release. This is with respect to the IEEE P802.21-2017 and IEEE-802.21.1 Standards that are published in April  this year. Before I proceed with an email ballot, I would like to request your review.  Please provide your comments on this draft version by Friday September 26, 2017, 11:59 PM AOE.
