[802SEC] Result of second sponsor recirculation ballot on P802.11ak

Dear 802.11 participants and 802 EC,

The second recirculation ballot of P802.11ak completed.
In September,  802.11 re-ordered 802.11aj, 802.11ak and 802.11aq in that order,  so 802.11ak is dependent on 802.11aj.
802.11aj satisfied the terms of its November 802 EC approval,  and is on the January NesCom telecon agenda.

This ballot resulted in a single non-MBS comment from an approve voter.
