[802SEC] Results of the SB to withdraw 802.15.1

Hi all

Here are the results of the SB to withdraw 802.15.1. The one valid no voter inadvertently reversed the meaning of a yes or no vote and really meant to vote yes.  I have asked him to change his vote so this one should be done. I will be asking approval to forward to RevCom in March

Best

Bob
