Tacking onto Roger's changes,
" IEEE 802.15.4g" should be just "IEEE 802.15.4".  15.4g refers to only one PHY amendment which did add 3 PHYs capable of operating in 2.4GHz to the existing 2.4GHz PHY upon which a large number of Zigbee devices are based.

Jay,

I cannot support the comments as written.

I am attaching some changes, mainly editorial, that I think would improve the draft.
