[802SEC] Nendica report per EC Closing Meeting, agenda item 7.106

Dear LMSC,

Regarding agenda item 7.106 in today's meeting, the Nendica report is 802.1-19-0053-01 at <https://mentor.ieee.org/802.1/dcn/19/1-19-0053-01.pptx>.

The Post-Meeting Summary is on the last slide. In particular:

*Regarding the Flexible Factory IoT (FFIoT) activity, I will notify the reflector of the upcoming Call for Comments.

*Nendica has initiated a Study Item on "Managed LAN as a Service". Any resulting proposal to create a Work Item will be circulated to the LMSC in advance of November Plenary.
