I propose an agenda item:

II Implications of new IEEE SA Slides on Participant Behavior and Copyright 15

This would cover:

(a) The IEEE SA "Participant Behavior - Individual Method" slides that seem to be intended for presentation at WG meetings and might obviate the IEEE 802 Participation Slides.
(b) The IEEE SA "Copyright Instructions" slides that IEEE SA requests be presented at WG meetings, along with related policy documents.

PS: It's my understanding that IEEE-SA has changed its name to "IEEE SA". At some point, we might want to align the terminology in the agenda, though I guess it will be a long time until all of the documentation becomes consistent (example).
