[802SEC] MBS Comment Summary for 802.15.4z SA Ballot

Hi All

We will be considering this on the next call.  Attached is the current 
status. This includes the results of Recirc 3 which had just ended a few 
days before the last call. Also included is a summary of comments by ballot 
and voter and a spreadsheet showing the resolutions on all 146 comments 
from 4 voters. We currently have a recirc going which will end Saturday. I 
will include those results in an update prior to the call on Tuesday.

If you have any remaining issues, please let me know what those are so I 
can deal with them before the call
