As I was about to write this email, Jon’s came in.  Unless there is a burning need to have more than a single 2 hour EC meeting, it seems a bad idea to have 2 within 3 days.  Having talked with many of you, we are all overwhelmed with proliferating virtual meetings.  I second Jon’s suggestion.

I would suggest that next week on the 02 February telecon that we cancel the 02 March Telecon due to having the 05 March opening Plenary.

For the 05 March Meeting, I am requesting 10 minutes for the Future Venue report.
