[802SEC] Clause 12 report for IEEE P802.3dd Power over Data Lines of Single Pair Ethernet (Maintenance #17)

Dear IEEE 802 EC members,

At the 19 November 2021 IEEE 802 teleconference meeting, conditional approval was granted to forward IEEE P802.3dd Power over Data Lines of Single Pair Ethernet (Maintenance #17) to Standards Association ballot. Details are provided in the attached report, but in summary the response to the IEEE 802 LMSC Operations Manual Clause 12 'Procedure for conditional approval to forward a draft standard' items are as follows:

a) The recirculation balloting is complete. The
   first recirculation ballot occurred generally in
   accordance to the plan presented.

b) The approval rate is 100%.

c) No technical changes have been made.

   The following editorial changes will be made to the draft

   Update the draft number to D3.0.
   Update the copyright year to 2022.
   Update the frontmatter text to state that the draft is for initial SA ballot.
   Increase the table width for three tables to be margin to margin.
   Correct an editing instruction to match the actual change made.
   Change one instance of 802.3-2018 to read 802.3-20XX in the frontmatter.
   Add the Working Group membership list to the frontmatter.
   Remove an underscore from an em-dash which was unchanged text.

d) There are no new valid DISAPPROVE votes or
   comments on new issues.

e) There are no new invalid DISAPPROVE votes
   which require details to the Sponsor.

f) Please see the attached for the date the ballot
   closed and the vote tally.

Based on the above I will forward IEEE P802.3dd to Standards Association ballot.
