The September 2023 IEEE 802 Wireless Interim is scheduled to take place in Buckhead (Atlanta), Georgia USA. The session hotel shall be the Grand Hyatt at Buckhead.
In-Person and Virtual participation will be available for this session.
The following Working Groups will be participating: 802.11, 802.15, 802.18, 802.19, 802.24
Registration Fees and Deadlines

* Standard $US 800.00 After July 28, 2023 until August 28, 2023
* Late/Onsite $US 1000.00 after August 28, 2023

The Group Rate is exclusive of applicable state and local sales/room taxes, fees and assessments*.
Taxes and fees include Occupancy Tax, State Hotel Fee and Sales Tax which currently equal approximately $US 37.96 per room per night.
Housekeeping and other gratuities will be up to the individual occupant’s discretion.

All of the IEEE 802 Wireless room rates are available subject to availability September 7-17, 2023.
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
All of the IEEE 802 Wireless room rates are subject to the availability in the Guest Room block. When the block is sold out or the deadline has passed market rates will apply.
CUT OFF DATE
Until sold out or 5:00 PM August 25, 2023 whichever comes first.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations after 6:00 PM on the scheduled date of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
TRAVELING TO/FROM USA
Please take the steps to determine if you require a visa to attend a particular IEEE 802 Meeting. The requirements change from time to time. Because of this, we strongly urge all attendees to review the entry requirements for traveling to each IEEE 802 meeting location and determine for themselves, or in collaboration with their employer, what if any travel documentation is required.

General Health and Safety Overview: Local rules, restrictions and guidelines are expected to change rapidly as the COVID-19 situation evolves. IEEE's recommendation with respect to travel is to gather the information you need including referring to your country's consulate or state department for the most up to date information related to travel to your destination, and any countries where you may have layovers as part of your scheduled travel.
