there are three different paths by which an individual can receive a 'fee waiver',
WG Chairs, please respond regarding your needs for the November 2023 IEEE 802.3 plenary session below.

Paul will then put it in his deck for 802 EC Consideration.

Catherine Berger to attend the 802.1 editors meeting as the IEEE SA staff editor
802.3: Natalie Wienckowski for the IEEE Std 802.3cy-2023 awards agenda item at IEEE 802.3 Closing
