[802SEC] IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3dn) Corrigendum 1: Multi-Gigabit Automotive MDI return loss

In support of subclause 9.2 'IEEE 802 LMSC Approval' of the LMSC Operations Manual, please find the required information regarding the IEEE P802.3-2022/Cor 1 (IEEE 802.3dn) 'IEEE Standard for Ethernet - Corrigendum 1: Multi-Gigabit Automotive MDI return loss' for consideration at the November 2023 plenary using the expedited review process (48-hour rule).

There are sign errors in MDI return loss Equations (149-27) and (165-42) and in Figure 165-38 'MDI return loss calculated limit in Equation (165-42)' that need to be corrected.

The draft PAR is pending IEEE 802.3 Working Group approval at the November 2023 IEEE 802.3 closing plenary meeting.
