[802SEC] Updated resolutions for P802-REVc
All
I converted Mark and Roger's submission on EPD/LPD into my proposed
resolution document:

with some editorial license. We will review this as our baseline to
resolve the comments.
I also did a comparison on the new clause 9 with clause 9 in D1.2, and
