[802SEC] IEEE 802.3 Chair and Vice Chair election results

The IEEE 802.3 officer election results are as follows:
 
David Law was elected as IEEE 802.3 Chair (Y:143, N:0, A:0)
Adam Healey was elected as IEEE 802.3 Vice Chair (Y:146, N:0, A:1)
