I have two comments as follows:

Comment 1:  Persuant to the analysis presented by Norm Finn et al at the 
Wakefield meeting, unicast registration and priority for unicast addresses  
should be removed.

Comment 2: The sudden interest in a priority scheme to support ISSLL, and 
the almost certain inclusion of some such feature in 802.1q,  has happened 
without systematic discussion of how to rationalize priorities in p and q.  
The two priority schemes must, of course,  be compatible in two standards 
coming from one committee in a short period of time.
