Spanning Trees

Basic Goals
        -independence of one tree from another
        -multiple paths
        -Robuse, etc.
Implied Goals
        -Scale (Lots of hello msgs.)
        -Distribution of vLAN/STP information (multiple vlans on one spanning tree)
Spanning "bears"
        -Create islands of 802.10 spanning trees
        -Overlay mltiple spanning trees on top of this
        -Each vLAN had an instance of a spanning tree
        -Multiple Roots

        -Temporarily loops or long pauses
        -Does not have a single spanning tree for Distribution
        -Scaling Issues
