These would be updated based on our teleconference 5/19/2020. Discussion of bandwidth sharing between channels when both Standard and Express Channel map to the same access priority. No buffering (or at least minimal while an MPPDU is being filled) within the PrY. In a bridge it is the Forwarding Process that determines the order of frame transmission.
