IEEE 802.11 Letter Ballot #118

With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning Technical Letter Ballot 118 (LB118), which is a vote to approve the Sponsor Ballot comment resolutions pertaining to TG"k" Draft 10.0 contained in document 11-07-2289-06-000k-tgk-sponsor-ballot-comment-resolutions.xls. 

Important: YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE 802.11 WEB SITE!

The voting process is a web based process similar to the process used for sponsor ballots.  

DO NOT SEND EMAIL TO VOTE.

This Ballot opens December 13, 2007 at 2350 Eastern Time USA (11:59PM) and will close 24 days later on  January 5, 2008 at 2359 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm).

NOTE: This is a technical letter ballot and all current voters of record at the start of the ballot are eligible and required to vote.  If you believe you are a voting member of the 802.11 Working Group, you must vote, even if your name is not in the voters list. Not voting on letter ballots can and will affect your voting rights.
   
Please vote YES, NO (technical comments are required), or ABSTAIN (with a reason of "Lack of Technical Experience") via the instructions. As this is a technical motion, comments are required for "no" votes.
