IEEE 802.11 Mandatory Technical Letter Ballot 291 for P802.11bn D1.0 opens today and closes 2025-10-06 at 23:59 ET IEEE 802.11 Voters, With this email, the 802.11 Working Group is officially beginning WG Technical Letter Ballot 291 (LB291), asking the question: "Should WG11 forward P802.11bn D1.0 to Standards Association (SA) Ballot?" The WG motion for this WGLB was approved in the WG11 July 2025 closing plenary meeting, see https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/25/11-25-1047-03-0000-july-2025-working-group-motions.pptx. This Letter Ballot opens today and will close 46 days later on Monday October 6, 2025 at 23:59 Eastern Time USA (11:59pm). All necessary documents are available in the instructions on the IEEE 802.11 web site at https://www.ieee802.org/11/LetterBallots/LB291bn/LB291_instructions.shtml.
