Re: [STDS-802-11-CAC] Room Requests for 802.11 for 2012 November Plenary San Antonio

I’m happy with leaving the schedule as is for now. When we get closer to the

meeting, and have a better idea of goals & time needs – e.g. go to LB out of the Nov meeting or

not, we may be able to release the troublesome slot.

OK, leave it as is, then, no worries.

I recall the discussion at the closing CAC meeting, but somehow missed (or forgot, more likely) that the AM2 option wasn’t an easy fix.

Hi Mark,

The O&A is the same slot time that they used for July.  I may be incorrect, but will follow-up with James and Tony on the time.

Moving the TGmc may be possible, but AM2 would not work for me due to conflict with PAR (that I have to run).

I agree that I would like to be at the GLK/802.1 joint meeting as well.

The agenda was setup during Thursday night's CAC meeting with everyone commenting.

We did point out that conflict with Dorothy, and as I recall, the group as a whole decided to leave it in

as we cannot avoid all conflicts.

If I have misunderstood, I am happy to make some change or cancel the TGmc Thursday AM1 slot time.

Jon,

Is it possible to move the TGmc on Thu AM1?  Say, swap with TGac1/2 at AM2?  I’d like to attend the TGmc sessions as much as possible, but need to be in the 802.1/GLK joint on Thu AM1.

Also, I take it you got the O&A slot time from Tony (or James)?  Mon PM1 is unusual for this (although it does get moved around, so maybe).
