I have sent a request for a TGaq mtg on Sunday for 8:00 to 18:00...but failed to get it in my spreadsheet. ...
Please ensure we have a room for 30 on Sunday 8:00 to 18:00 for 802.11 TGaq...

HI Jon,

Thank you for sending along the 802.11 Specs for the July 2015 IEEE 802 Plenary Session.

We have observed the following notes for the session, please let us know if we have missed any important information.

WNG, ARC, JTC1, REG, and PAR are fixed slots.
NM 802.11 New member starts Monday 13:30-15:30pm -- Stephen McCann to present. -- 20 seats
ak This is a Joint meeting with 802.1Qbz & 802.1AC and ARC -- room for 50 -- 802.11 Room - DO NOT ALLOCATE a 802.1 duplicate
JTC1 JTC1 is an 802 EC Standing Committee.  802.11 is hosting the meeting and provides the meeting room request.
ax TGax has a need for split rooms 200/100 (or 75)
Monday Morning is AdHoc - 8:00-10:00 Meeting Slot.
Plenary Room size = 250 Monday; 300 Wednesday; 100 Friday
Opening 802.11 Plenary  time is 10:30 to 12:30
802.11 Leadership meetgin Sunday 2pm  -- Rm Size for 4
Wireless Chairs Meeting Sunday 4pm --- Rm size 25
CAC room size = 25
CAC Sunday CAC starts at 18:00 (6:00pm)
Thursday CAC starts at 19:30 (7:30pm)
