She writes: “To clarify, items in Invitation or Pre-Ballot stage including: … P802.11ah P802.11ai Are EXEMPT from Public Review as those invitations were in progress or completed. …. Any invitation opened on 7/6/2015 and beyond will be subjected to the new public review component of sponsor balloting.
