It might be best to combine the information into a slide deck, that focuses on the highlights (and the typical "problem areas"), with pointers to the various documents and sections therein.  I suspect this could be covered in only 2 or 3 slides, with bullets.

Either way (a slide deck, or a document) we run into the risk of maintaining duplicate information - I assume this information must remain in the OM, for example, so we can't have it in only one (succinct) place.  By having it in a slide deck, at least it is high-level, and less likely to change when details in the OM change.  And, we can focus the slide deck on the common trip-ups, adding as we find/trip over them.

I'd be willing to work with Dorothy (as she reviews the current state of things) on such a slide deck.

Hi Adrian,

Though note 9.d is incomplete, majority of the information you suggest to add can be found in 11.2 and 11.4 of the “Secretaries Guide”
(11-05/820r1).  A suggestion here is to combine the information of both documents into a single one.
