There was some confusion on the Room change for TGax
  There is no addition or change for Thurs AM2....Only an AM1 addition.

Here is the full updated request:
   Delete
            Wednesday PM2 - TGah

            Wednesday PM2 - REVmc

            Thursday     AM2 - TGay

           

      Additions:
            Wednesday PM2 - TGai (20pax)  (REVmc room)

            Wednesday PM2 - TGak (20pax) (TGah room)

            Thursday     AM1 - TGai (20pax)  (small room)
            Thursday     PM1 - TGai (20pax)  (Small room)
            Thursday     PM2 - TGai (30pax)  (medium room)

            Thursday    AM1 - TGax Adhoc 1  (Large room?)

            Thursday    AM1 - TGax Adhoc 2  (Medium room 50?)

You are correct there is a 3rd room on AM2 that should not have been requested.

I have taken care of it.
You will get 2 rooms for AM1 and AM2
