Dear IEEE-SA join.me account holder,

Please be advised that there is a message that will show to anyone using the downloaded join.me application (necessary for presenting and VoIP) that states:

Soon you’ll need to upgrade to PRO for meetings with more than 3 participants and to share control of your mouse.

But don’t worry, when you upgrade today you’ll save 20% on PRO!

Please let your meeting participants know that they may ignore this message. IEEE-SA has provided you with an enterprise account to be used for hosting meetings. If the meeting is started with your provided account, there is no need for participants to have anything beyond a free join.me account. The paid account is necessary for the host ONLY.

We have been in contact with join.me and suggested they change their messaging to prevent additional confusion in the future.
Regards,
