Please remember that each Webex Meeting has a unique link for joining the call.
THanks Robert and Stephen for all your efforts to keep our calls straight.

Hello All,

The teleconference schedule as reflected in Stephen’s ppt is on the calendar with webex events scheduled.

There are some overlaps:

The TGbe MAC and PHY calls use Webex seats 3 and 4, respectively. Joint call uses seat 3. TGbe has a preference for webex since they are using the polling feature to run strawpolls.

Mon March 23 and Mon May 4: The TGbe MAC and PHY calls (at 3 hours) overlap the CAC call in the last hour. The CAC is on Join.Me so this is no platform conflict.

Friday March 20: TGbd and TGmd overlap. TGbd has webex, TGmd has join.me.

Thur April 2, 16 and 30: TGbe (joint) and SENS SG overlap. TGbe has webex seat 3, SENS SG has webex seat 4. (essentially all SENS SG calls move to seat 4)

Thanks,

-Robert
