Hi Nikola,

From the 802.11 OM:

4.6.3    Teleconferences

Teleconferences are a means to prepare input for sessions provided that the teleconference date, time, agenda, and arrangements are announced on the TG email reflector at least 10 calendar days prior to the teleconference date.  Minutes (agenda, list of attendees, and proceedings) are kept and published as WG documents within 7 days of the teleconference.  Teleconferences may not be held more frequently than twice per week

From the CAC minutes:
for the duration of time until WG11 is not able to hold face-to-face meetings: TG motions may be held during Electronic TG meetings.
Electronic TG meetings that will consider motions shall be approved by the WG Chair, and if approved, announced to the TG and WG11 reflectors 10 days prior to the meeting.
If a motion is not approved by unanimous consent, it shall be taken as a roll call [recorded] vote. “

regards,

Jon

Hi Dorothy,

We had a couple of questions during the TGbb call on Monday:

  • Can we decide that the next meeting we will allow motions (with 10 day notice) and therefore any voting member on the call is allowed to vote and make motions?
    • OR
  • Do we need to have specific motion text available ahead of the next TGbb call (with 10 day notice)?

I would very much appreciate your guidance on this.

Our next call is on 1 Mar. and it would be good to understand what is required so that I can draft the agenda appropriately.

Kind regards,

Nikola
