As people are able to pay their fees any time during the Session (IEEE 802 P&P Give them a grace time), they may pay after a vote.

So it is better to use the updated Voter/Potential Voter list.

If they vote, and don't pay, then it would be more justification for declaring them a "Deadbeat" (An IEEE 802 state where a Deadbeat loses their voting rights and ability to join until paid).

The checking of fees and attendance will be done after the session.

I was thinking about what will be needed to validate votes for the meeting this week and given that participation requires fee payment, will the Chairs be provided with a list of valid voters filtered by those who have paid their meeting fees?
