Correction:
Tool training sessions planned – Jon Rosdahl. Training in-person Nov 13 1:30 Local Hawaii Bangkok time. Also two additional electronic training sessions date November 7th, 2022 at noon and 8 PM Eastern (using Linespeed-provided Scarlet boxes as in Montreal).

  1. September and prior meeting follow-up 
    1. Webpages, minutes and timeline updates – please send to Stephen McCann if you have not already done so. 
    2. Registration totals September: In person, Virtual, student ; WG11 virtual In person (Estimate) - not discussed
    3. Prior registration non-paid - not discussed
      •  January (1 non-paid), March, May (0 new), July (TBD, 6 total across 802) 
    4. January 2023 Marriott Baltimore to be rebooked to Hilton – 802.1 will join the Wireless Interim. Hilton contract target is end October 2022. Current plan is to have all prior physical AWARDS available in January 2023 (802.11ba, 802.11ay, 802.11ax, 802.11-2020). 
    5. Note: July 2023 I the 200th (numerical) meeting of 802.11; 3 sessions not held, so January 2023 is actual 200th meeting. Consider times to celebrate.
    6. 2025 May (or Jan) Interim – Japan – MTG Events 
    7. Oct EC meeting – all items approved

      • P802.11az D7.0 submitted to RevCom, accepted on the RevCom agenda 
      • P802.11REVme – D2.0 – WG Recirculation - expected to open in about a week

    5. Paid registration is required, please include Robert’s slide in your agenda deck
