We are looking forward to the March 2023 IEEE 802 Plenary Session. The session will be Mixed Mode with In-Person participation at the Hilton Atlanta in downtown Atlanta, GA USA.

The time has arrived to share your Working Group Meeting Specs.

Please share the attached Workbook with the Working Group member who is charged with organizing the listing of the meetings your Working Group anticipates will be part of the March 2023 Sessions.

The first worksheet is to fill in. The worksheet is organized by the Working Group, please make a copy and delete any extra Working Group information you do not need.

Specifically, please include the following details:
Day of Session
Start Time
End Time
WG Number (example: 3)
Meeting Name
Meeting Room Size: Small (1-25 people), Medium (26-75 people), Large (76-100), Ballroom (100+ people)
Notes/Comments about prefered set up style or AV equipment (if applicable)
Please send the updated worksheet (your WG specs) to myself and Dawn Slykhouse directly by 12 PM PT Friday January 27, 2023.
