    4. Mark Rison - Could the meeting website (e.g. http://802world.org/wireless/ ) make it clear whether lunch is or is not included, and on which days?  This can help simplify company approvals. Yes. Jon to work with meeting organizers to add to main registration page. Note: Typically, lunch is provided for Interim sessions and at some Plenary sessions. Expect lunch at more plenary sessions going forward.
    5. Mark Rison - Could the mechanism for hotel troubles (e.g. hotel has run out of rooms even though it's well before the meeting) somehow be made more smooth?  E.g. could the hotel be asked to notify the organisers if rooms on any of the nights of the meeting (Sun night to Thu night) are running low? The process is to contact the meeting organizers if there is an issue. Notifications of hotel night availability status are sent via email.
    6. Mark RISON - Can we find a way to avoid big groups like TGbn suffocating other groups?  At the very least, as Marc suggested in Honolulu, they should make use of PM3 slots. Point noted. This is being discussed in the CAC and expect continued discussion.
