We hope you have a productive experience during your January 2024 IEEE 802 Sessions.

The next IEEE 802 Plenary session will be the 2024 March IEEE 802 Plenary Session. The session will be Mixed Mode with In-Person participation at the Hyatt Regency Denver, in Denver, CO USA.

The first draft of Working Group Specs is due January 25, 2024.

Please share the attached blank schedule template with the Working Group member who is charged with organizing the listing of the meetings your Working Group anticipates will be part of the March 2024 Sessions.

Please return the spreadsheet with the following details completed:
· Day of Session
· Start Time
· End Time
· WG Number (example: 3)
· Meeting Name
· Meeting Room Size: Small (1-25 people), Medium (26-75 people), Large (76-100), Ballroom (100+ people)
· Prefered Set Up for Seating (Board Room, School Room, UShape)
· Prefered Equipment for Presentations (Head Table, Screen(s), Microphones etc.),
· Comments/Notes (if applicable)

We will do our best to accommodate your meeting requests but may need to adjust the room setup based on the actual room sizes and availability of equipment.
