1. Registration totals so far for March – Total 732 registered, 412 in-person, 319 remote, 1 student. 802.11: 443 total, 242 in-person, 201 remote
2. Venue is the Hyatt Denver Convention Center. Registration is open. Please register if you have not already done so. Registration for May is also open.
3. Tool training session (short) planned on Sunday 1:30pm? Yes, likely short meeting. Will use the Scarlet box connections as in the past.
4. Review agenda graphic – some changes.
5. Please include Robert’s registration reminder slide in your agenda deck.
6. Agenda deck document numbers  - please take out by February 6th
7. Snapshot slides due to Robert before the March 10th CAC meeting.
8. Ongoing ballot status –

LB280: P802.11be D5.0 Initial SA ballot closed 2024-02-02, passed

P802.11-2020 COR2 recommended for Approval by RevCom; Standards Board approval expected in about 2 weeks.

2. Possible P802.11bf D 4.0 recirculation and conditional to SA ballot

4. Anticipated publication of P802.11bc is 2023-02-15.
5. During the March social, will be a preview presentation of the IEEE 802 Milestone plaque.
6. University/student outreach will be held at the March plenary (Tuesday one day)
