[STDS-802-11-CAC] CAC meeting Monday July 21st, 2025 09:00 ET

Dear all,
            as both Robert and Jon are travelling at the moment, I've prepared a CAC agenda for Monday's meeting. Please let me know if you have any other specific issues to discuss that I've not captured below.

Hopefully Robert will be able to dial in and chair the meeting.

        a) Venue is Melia Castilla Madrid, Madrid, Spain. Registration is open.
           Registration totals (Jon Rosdahl)
             
        b) In-room Webex/video/audio training session planned for Sunday at 14:30 CEST (local).
            If you have had problems, please attend the training session.
            Will use the Scarlet box as in the past
            Includes training on Slido

        c) Review agenda graphic for updates
           
        d) Include registration slide in your agenda deck
            Stephen has sent to CAC reflector.

        e) Recent and on-going ballot status
            P802.11bk in publication editing          
            P802.11bf in publication editing
            P802.11REVmf: expect initial ballot on D1.0 soon

            Initial WG ballot for P802.11bn; will need a CAD
