Hello, I think the only effect of giving timezones for F2Fs is the risk of giving the wrong timezone and consequent confusion. I suggest that for F2Fs we henceforth give all times implicitly as local time. [For non-F2Fs, we should continue to give times in ET, i.e. local time on the east coast of the USA. We should not try to say EDT and EST because there's a good chance of getting it wrong/forgetting to update, and also because in Europe S stands for summer while in the USA it stands for, err, not summer.] [[FWIW in another standards body I also give times in UTC. This is especially helpful around the summer/winter time switch instants of maximum confusion, when Europe and the USA are out of their usual phase relationship.]] Thanks, Mark --
