    • Regsitration should open this week.
    • Separate fee for TGbn ad-hoc (if it is at the hotel). Fraunhofer room is available.
 
WNG/new work and university outreach (Jim Lansford)
    • Jim has sent outreach call. 5 presentations in queue. 2 are not related to Wi-Fi 9.
    • WNG will have demo on Coexistence of Wi-Fi and NBFH. (Also in .19)
 
Round table and AOB
  • Volker: Motions in UCM failing for initial report. Will run procedural motion to try to get it through. Talk to the individual and see if they are looking for a leadership role.

Action items
  1. Updated telecons page and reflector request page. Just request a name, member can enter in preferred form.
  2. Presenters to be asked to turn off formatting markers (dots in spaces, CRLFs, tab arrows, etc.) when presenting Word documents
    • Robert to put something in the announcements section for a couple or sessions
  3. IMAT grace period. Need to remove grace period 8am to prevent issues with Editors, Future venues meeting, etc.
