I think that Slide 11 is not quite correct.
that is what caused the discussion on July 17, 2026 in the closing plenary.
Instruct the editor to prepare P802.11<group> <draft>,  
and approve a 30 day Working Group Technical Letter Ballot asking the question “Should P802.11<group> <draft> be forwarded to SA Ballot?”

The point is that the motion does not give a pointer to the source materials that the WG members were asking for.
It may be compendium of Motions file or a summary document of the many motions that comprise the motions, but this motion could be argued that the Editors can create a draft from anything.

I believe that it would be better to include a specific pointer to the source material that the Editor is to use.

Having approved 11-yy-xxxx [and others], (list of approved submissions and passed motions)
Instruct the editor to prepare P802.11<group> <draft>,

Others may want to wordsmith the sentance, but we do not generally give an open license to the editor to do what ever.
