[STDS-802-11-EDITORS] FW: IEEE 802 FrameMaker License reimbursement by IEEE-SA

--- This message came from the IEEE 802.11 Editors' Reflector ---

Hello 802.11 editors,

IEEE SA can now reimburse you for a FrameMaker license. If your employer is able to provide you with a license, then you should continue that practice as it will likely be more convenient. However, the option for IEEE SA reimbursement is available.

If you are currently using Word, consider changing to FrameMaker as it makes the publication editing easier.

Subject: IEEE 802 FrameMaker License reimbursement by IEEE-SA

Robert, Peter,

Please see , also attached, regarding IEEE-SA reimbursement of

FrameMaker license costs for IEEE 802.

James Gilb is the EC contact for this.

James:  Robert and Peter are the 802.11 WG editors, and will be your contacts for any FrameMaker reimbursement requests coming from 802.11.

Robert, Peter:

Please share this information with the WG11 TG editors. If someone is reluctant to use FrameMaker for draft editing, this should remove any concerns re: cost of the license.

WG11 editors need to be using FrameMaker vs Word, to make the IEEE-SA publication editing easier.

Let me know of any questions.
