Broadcast TWT Link Alternation Support

An AP sets the Broadcast TWT Link Alternation Support field to 1 when the AP sets the Broadcast TWT Support field in the HE Capabilities element it transmits to 1, and the AP supports transmitting a Broadcast TWT Link Alternation Announcement frame; otherwise, the field is set to 0.

A non-AP STA sets the Broadcast TWT Link Alternation Sup-port field to 1 when the non-AP STA sets the Broadcast TWT Support field in the HE Capabilities element it transmits to 1, and the non-AP STA supports receiving a Broadcast TWT Link Al-ternation Announcement frame; otherwise, the field is set to 0.
