Hi Carol,

I would like to make the following ANA requests for 11bt draft1.0, could you assist it? (Attach the spreadsheet as well)

NOTE1-- the second request is based on the passed motion in the WG middle meeting, the motion text is as following:

Request the Working Group allocate one of the Element IDs currently marked as Reserved in Table 9-164 for use as the Element ID that identifies an Extended Length element.

NOTE2--As the PQC element is moved from element to Extended Length element, we can release its Element ID Extension number for now.
