Andy,
You may recall the audio issues we had
with the call last Friday. I offered to host this week's meeting since
the webex account to which I have access allows audio conferencing using your
laptop's audio capabilities (microphone) rather than having to dial in. Jim
took me up on the offer on a "trial basis". So, this week we'll
try the ISO webex facility, and make a decision after we see how well it works
whether to use CSR's webex or not going forward. So, the webex info I
sent you is for this Friday's meeting only until further notice.
