[STDS-802-11-TGAZ] TGaz: P802.11az D3.2 is now posted in the members area

To help you keep up to date, we have posted a D3.2, and redline relative to D3.0 and D3.1, in the 802.11 members area.

D3.2 includes all motions up to the July Plenary meeting, plus bulk editorial resolutions motioned in 11-21/1061r0.
