[STDS-802-11-TGBC] TGbc motion for D1.0 and WG LB passed

we have passed a motion to request approval form the WG to start a letter ballot on D1.0.

Please note that TGbc will continue on Thursday with New Business, i.e. to start discussion and preparation

of subsequent telco calls with ARC.
