[STDS-802-11-TGBC] Help with PICs in DCN 393

Dear all,
I need some help with the PICs in 393, the idea is to indicate that EBCS STAs need to support groupcast ANQP, while for non-EBCS STAs it can be optional.

Can someone please help?
