Comment Proposed Change
The EBCS transmitter and EBCS receiver Define in terms of STAs that
definitions are circular and hence useless transmit X and receive X respectively
My proposed resolution is:
Revised:
"Change the definitions to:
EBCS Receiver: A station (STA) that receives and processes EBCS frames.
EBCS Transmitter: A station (STA) that transmits EBCS frames."
