Hi Liwen,

Thanks for this update.

For most of the vector elements, I see that you specified a specific value that means the MAC layer decides.  Thanks for that.

I have a couple of questions and comments

• I see a small typo in the data rate paragraph, 2nd sentence: date rate --> data rate
• In the "permitted aggregation" paragraph it looks like value 0 is assigned two meanings.  Maybe you want to use value 2 to mean it is up to the MAC layer to decide?
• In the "number of repetitions" paragraph, I think 0 should be used to indicate that no repetitions are permitted, and we should use a value other than 0 to mean it is up to the MAC layer to decide.  
• I notice there are no values in the for local MAC decision for the "frequency band" or "primary channel" vector elements.  Should we add those?
