Re: [STDS-802-11-TGBE] TGbe Teleconferences: Updated Schedule (10-day advanced notice - includes schedules up to May 7th inclusive)

Hello Dennis,

Thanks for your suggestion. I will add to the agenda of this weeks' Joint call an item to discuss this.

Best Regards,

Alfred

Hi all,

As we have discussed in the F2F previously, the 19:00 – 22:00 ET is 0:00 – 3:00 AM in Europe, or when daylight saving time changes it will be 1:00 – 4:00 AM. I respect that no time is suitable for everyone and we already went through that discussion.

However, now that we have so many telephone conferences, I would like to point out the benefit to cluster the telcos, e.g. 2 weeks of telcos with several telcos every day. Then we can turn the day around and sleep at day and work at night (or alternatively go around jet-lagged for 2 weeks). The current situation with sometimes two inconvenient times per week means we will go around jet-lagged several days per week for 2 months.

Best regards,

Dennis

Hello all,

I am giving the 10-day advance notice for scheduling teleconference calls for TGbe during the week of 15 to 21 March:

- Monday 16th (19:00-22:00 ET)

- Wednesday 18th (19:00-22:00 ET)

- Thursday 19th (10:00-13:00 ET)

Details on which teleconference calls are going to be split (PHY/MAC vs Joint) and dial in information will be sent after this Monday's CAC call. At that time I will also have prepared the teleconference plan for up to May F2F meeting (current plan is to have at least 2 conf calls per week to recover the time lost due to the IEEE F2F cancellation).

Regards,

Alfred
